Follow these step-by-step instructions to create stunning blue and green chemiluminescent reactions with your DIY Luminol Kit.
Steps for BLUE LIGHT
- 1.Measure 100ml of water using graduated cup
- 2.Add 2 scoops of Luminol Mixture (Luminol + Sodium Carbonate) ; Stir to mix
- 3.Add 1 scoop of Activator (Sodium Perborate Tetrahydrate) ; Stir to mix
- 4.Add 1 scoop of Catalyst (Copper Sulphate Pentahydrate) ; Stir to mix
- 5.Mix well and make room dark to see the Blue Light.
Steps for GREEN LIGHT
- 1.Measure 100ml of water using graduated cup
- 2.Add 2 scoops of Luminol Mixture with Green Glow (Luminol + Sodium Carbonate + Fluorescein) ; Stir to mix
- 3.Add 1 scoop of Activator (Sodium Perborate Tetrahydrate) ; Stir to mix
- 4.Add 1 scoop of Catalyst (Copper Sulphate Pentahydrate) ; Stir to mix
- 5.Mix well and make room dark to see the Green Light.
